How much does it cost to automate a real estate business?

It depends on the piece. A 1 Hour Strategy Session is $40. A custom Claude skill is $60 and an AI teammate is $120. Recurring automations are priced as a setup fee plus a monthly: a 24/7 AI chatbot is $800 setup plus $50 a month, automated follow-ups are $300 setup plus $40 a month, first-message outreach is $400 setup plus $30 a month, and content generation is $500 setup plus $100 a month. CRM or ERP setup starts at $175 and CRM workflows start at $200. A full-company automation build is scoped and priced per company.

Can AI answer my real estate leads 24 hours a day?

Yes. Our 24/7 AI chatbot answers any message on any platform in under 5 minutes, qualifies the person, and runs day and night. It works for whoever reaches out, whether that is a buyer, a tenant, an investor or a partner.

How fast can a lead really be answered?

Under 5 minutes. We deliberately do not promise 60 seconds, because a good AI answer takes time to generate, especially for a complex question. Under 5 minutes is what matters commercially: answering within 5 minutes converts roughly 5 times better than answering a day later.

Do I need my own servers or software subscriptions?

No. We host and maintain everything, which is why the prices are set where they are and why there is nothing for you to set up. If you would rather host it yourself we can build on your setup, but you then take on part of the maintenance and there is an extra setup cost unless you already have n8n, credentials, an Anthropic API key and Airtable in place.

Which CRM or ERP do you work with?

Any of them. We regularly set up and automate Airtable, Monday.com, Google Sheets, Row Zero, Go High Level, HubSpot and Pipedrive. Call it a CRM or an ERP, it is the system that holds your leads and operations, and we make it run itself.

Where does your owner contact data come from?

We source owner contact data, both emails and phone numbers, through premium enrichment providers including LeadMagic, Prospeo, Datagma and ContactOut, and we target it to your exact market so there is no scrubbing or messy exports on your side.

Which platforms and channels can you automate?

Any platform. We cover email, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, X and Airbnb, plus your own website. Complexity varies by channel but none of them are off the table.

What is a Claude skill and why would I want one?

A skill is a file that teaches Claude how to do a whole job for you, the same way you would train a new hire once and then let them run. We build custom skills around one repetitive task that eats your week, and we also give several away free on our Free Resources page.

Can I build these automations myself instead of hiring you?

Yes, and we publish the guide for exactly that, plus free Claude skills you can download and install in a minute. Be realistic about the trade: what you build in 5 days we build in 1, because we already have the templates and the systems. Starting yourself and moving to us later is a perfectly normal path.

Do you pay for referrals?

Yes. You earn 10% of everything a company you refer pays us during their first 3 months, with no cap on the amount, and you get paid the moment we do. One intro email connecting the three of us is all it takes.
