This website and the systems we build and run for our clients, including the connections between those systems and our clients’ own tools.
When you use a form, site or app we run for one of our clients: the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, files you upload and your answers. When you use our contact form: your name, contact details and message. From our clients’ own systems, with their authorization: only the records needed to deliver the service.
Only to deliver the service, which means passing your information to the company you were dealing with and answering messages you send us. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
The company whose form, site or app you used, which is then responsible for your data in its own systems. Service providers that host or process data for us, only to run the service.
For as long as the client engagement runs or as long as needed to deliver the service. After that it is deleted or handed over to the client. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Access is limited to the people who run the service, connections are encrypted, and credentials for our clients’ systems are kept on the server side only. Access to a client’s systems is authorized by the client and can be revoked by them at any time.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data through our contact page. If you used a form, site or app run for one of our clients, you can also ask that company directly.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
